You should also know that we carefully manage information to improve service and convenience for you, our members. But also know that while we’re collecting vast stores of information, we will only use this information for internal purposes, and thus it is not for sale.


Protecting your info from outside marketers:
The Corps of Cadets Association (CCA) does not sell or otherwise share any member information with marketers outside the CCA. We may publicize offers on behalf of outside companies, but we control the information used to make those offers.

Keeping personal information secure is one of our biggest responsibilities. We value your trust and handle your information with care. We limit access to member information on a need-to-know basis. Our team is bound by an ethical standard requiring confidential treatment of member information.

We collect and use various types of information in order to further our goals as the Corps of Cadets Association, as well as to provide best for your needs.

  • Information is collected relating to web statistics and overall traffic on this website.
  • Information provided by you, as well as many other sources, is used to keep us informed on all past, present, and future members of the Corps of Cadets.
  • Information provided by you in the order forms of our online store, as well as in other transactions, is used solely for those transactions, and is safeguarded to the best of our abilities.

Making Sure Information is Accurate:
Keeping member information accurate and up-to-date is extremely important. In order to keep track of all members of the Corps, we must be able to keep our databases dynamic and evolving. So, we have ways for you to see what information we have for you, as well as for you to let us know about changes so that we can provide the best possible service to you.
