Rally to the Guidons 2023 will take place
Saturday, October 28, 2023, before the Aggies BTHO South Carolina.
Saturday check-in will occur at Duncan Dining Center.
The CCA will host a Good Bull Reception, Friday, October 27, 2023, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.,
at the
Hilton College Station & Conference Center, Oakwood Ballroom. Join us for an
evening of reuniting, reminiscing, and early check-in. Finger food and a cash bar will be available for all to enjoy.
Registration Fee Schedule:
Oct 21 - Oct 27: $150.00*
*For registrations on October 21st or later, please call our office. We cannot guarantee
that you will be able to march. Although we will work hard to accommodate all those
that want to participate, it will depend on a case-by-case basis whether shirts are
available.
Registration includes participation in 2023 Rally to the Guidons and the official Rally shirt.
If you register by October 2, you can either pick up your shirt at at the CCA offices in
Bryan or you may have your shirt mailed to you. If you register after October 2, you must
either pick up your shirt at the CCA offices or pick it up at check-in.
**You will receive a confirmation email if your registration was processed properly.
If you DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOUR REGISTRATION
DID NOT PROCESS CORRECTLY! If this occurs, please call 979-221-1998 for assistance.
RALLY HAT:
This year we will have a special Rally hat that matches the logo that will be on the shirt.

BLOCKS:
What block do I march in? Unless you choose one of these blocks, you will march with your
class year. It is your choice where you march. You do not have to march with the Veterans
Block if you want to march with your class.
Legacy Block: This block is for former cadets that want to
march with a former cadet family member from another class year. Please indicate the
name of your family member(s) after selecting this block.
Veterans Block: If you are a veteran from any conflict you can
march in the Veterans Block. Please note which conflict you served in when you select
this block, so we can keep count of how many conflicts are represented for the announcer
at Kyle Field.
Unit Blocks: If your unit has 40 or more participants in Rally,
that unit will have its own block. If you want to march with your unit, please indicate
that on the registration. If not, you will march with your class. NOTE: If your
unit does not get 40 members marching, there will not be a unit block and all will march
with their class. Also, note that some participants that were part of your unit may choose
to march in the Legacy or Veterans blocks, which does not count toward the unit numbers.
50th Anniversary PMC Block: In honor of the 50th Anniversary of the
PMC, we will have a block made up of former Parsons Mounted Cavalry members. Choose this
option if you were in PMC and would like to march in the PMC Block. NOTE: This will
only occur if 40 registrants choose to participate in this block.
Attire: Khaki pants, official Rally shirt (mailed or picked up), and a
maroon cap (if desired).
Rally Participants:

Must be ACTIVE CCA members. You will be able to join the CCA for the
first time or renew your membership during the registration process. CCA members
(active & inactive) will be asked to login with your email address and password.
If you do not know your password, please click on the link below to
retrieve your login information.

Must have been a member of the Corps of Cadets. You did not have to
graduate as a member of the Corps, only participate. No family members or children
may march with you unless they were also in the Corps and you both join the Legacy
Block. They will be stopped at Kyle Field and not allowed to enter.
Mobility Concerns: If you have mobility concerns, please contact Jill
Bright at 979-221-1998.
Shirt Pickup: If you choose to pickup your shirt when registering, please
consult the schedule below. NOTE: You will be emailed when your shirt is ready for pick up.
If you do not receive an email, it is not ready. The supply chain is still a problem and
stock is not coming in as expected, so do not be surprised if there is a delay. Call first!

Football Tickets: The CCA has reserved a block of football tickets with the
12th Man Foundation. Please click the button below for more details. There is no limit to the
number of tickets you can purchase. Also, if you want to guarantee that you will be sitting
next to another participant in Rally, please purchase your tickets together. NOTE: You do
not have to purchase tickets at the same time as you register for Rally.
